Lindsay's Adult Learning Curriculum (ALC) identifies the skills and knowledge needed for the Performance Based System. The below frameworks – the Instructional Look Fors and the Site-Level Conditions – are the curriculum for adult learning and the competencies that ensure high-quality personalized learning. All of LUSD's professional learning opportunities are designed based on the ALC, ensuring strong alignment on and effective implementation of personalized learning.
A detailed and research-based articulation of six key principles and corresponding student and educator experiences and actions that foster personalized learning.
An articulation of what must be true at the site level to enable educators and students to live into the principles of personalized learning, as articulated in the Instructional Look Fors.
