The below frameworks – the Instructional Look Fors and the Site-Level Conditions – are the curriculum for adult learning and the competencies that ensure high-quality personalized learning. All of LUSD's professional learning opportunities are designed based on the ALC, ensuring strong alignment on and effective implementation of personalized learning.
