An innovative community-based recruitment pipeline and a new Residency program help the district recruit the best possible educators for its learners.
The EMPOWER Lindsay grant provides financial support, training, and development for qualified applicants to continue their college and career path with a commitment to teach and serve in LUSD schools.
LUSD has introduced two new educator Residencies for qualified applicants and Lindsay alumni and classified staff to achieve single-subject and multiple-subject credentials and Masters’ Degrees.
